The staff here is incredibly friendly and the setting is superb.

Hosts were welcoming and kind, even gave us room with great view. The location was magnificent and a huge market was easily accessible. Plus it was located to sights n shops-other than that.

Having chosen a hotel for its location (London Bridge), it is extremely inconvenient to have to travel to Camden to collect the keys. The apartment was down a dark alley and up steep stairs. I had to call someone out to switch the central heating on

My stay at this venue was extremely comfortable, and it was conveniently close to many popular attractions.

Beds are small and the check in office is far from the appartment. They promissed to offer additional cleaning service in mid'week since the stay was for 10days but they did not do it.

We had to travel to Camden town to pick up keys before entering apartment - quite ridiculous. When we got there with my young family staff were rude and offhand. Apartment had no feel good factor - very functional but not suitable for families in my opinion.

The apartment is well equiped and modern. Also, it is oppisite to a small garden, Leathermarket Garden, which is a nice one.

This is not a serviced apartment. There is no reception. There is no daily cleaning. You have to pick up the keys from the office which is far away from the apartment. The nearest tube station (London Bridge) is a good 15 minute walk. Not worth the money I paid for.

the location is different than what was descriped in Booked.net. so it is not within a walking distance to Elephant & Castle station.No wifi. No air-conditioning (we opened the windows.. but we couldn't sleep from the noise). poor door latch (we stuck outside the apartment with our childeren until they came and breake the entire lock. )

We stayed at a beautiful 4-bedroom flat near London Bridge/Borough for 3 nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet apartment block. The staff was faultless, promptly fixing a problem with the hot water. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was a short 6-minute walk to Guy's Hospital. The nearby hop on hop off bus route made exploring the city convenient, and the pub below offered delicious meals and drinks. Our stay was highly recommended.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location was very good, and the apartment was well furnished with a large living room. Very clean. High speed internet and cable tv worked flawlessly. One bedroom had its own washroom.

You have to go very far out of your way - on the other side of the city in order to pick up your keys. The bedrooms and beds were tiny - they were more like one and a halfs instead of double beds. There was plenty of dinnerware, but no basics like salt, pepper or oil.

I stayed three nights in the apartment from 20th to 23rd June 2011. I like the location which 10 minutes walk to London Bridge. It was clean with I-net with dish washing, washing machine, toaster, microwave and all other. There was a good view of the adjacent garden from the second floor. There was a sofa bed in addition to the four beds.

The check-in location was remote from the apartment. There was no shower curtain.
